The naupaka plant carries the bittersweet legend of Princess Naupaka and Kau'i, a fisherman she loved. Separated by fate - she to the mountains and he to the sea - their enduring love is said to live on in the naupaka flower, whose unique petals bloom as half a flower, symbolizing their eternal connection.

Our Naupaka print draws inspiration from this delicate white flower, a familiar sight along Hawai'i's beaches.
