RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return unused items within 30 days of receiving your item.
To submit a return, please go to our return portal here.
- Returns are allowed within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused and in original condition with original tags attached
- Please allow 7-14 business days from the date we receive your returned merchandise for your refund (we will do our best to issue your refund as soon as we receive the items, but we can't make promises for how long the system might take to get it back to you!)
- Return policy ONLY applies to purchases made on tagaloha.com
- If you purchased redo at checkout they will cover your return label, if not, you will be able to purchase your own through the return portal.
- Gift cards are final sale
Tag Aloha Co. reserves the right to refuse a refund/return if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage. The customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipment if the return is refused.

RETROACTIVE DISCOUNTS
Unfortunately we are unable to make any price changes retroactively.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders can take 2-4 weeks to be delivered. The customer is solely responsible for all duties and import taxes.
